Shipping policy

**Where we ship**

Australia only, at present.

**Cost**

Free tracked delivery on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at
checkout.

**Dispatch and delivery time**

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes **7–14 business days**
from dispatch. Every order is tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email
once it ships.

**Where orders ship from**

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse overseas. This is why
delivery takes 7–14 business days rather than the 2–3 days you would expect from a
local warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you
have paid.

**Delays**

Customs, weather and carrier backlogs occasionally push a delivery past the estimate.
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email
j43272437@gmail.com and we will resend or refund it in full.

**Wrong address**

If an order is returned to sender because the delivery address was incorrect, we will
contact you to arrange redelivery. We may ask you to cover the reshipping cost.
