**These terms**

By buying from this store you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of
Western Australia and of the Commonwealth of Australia.

**Prices**

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Free tracked
delivery is included in the price shown; there are no additional charges at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

**Orders**

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If
we cannot fulfil an order — because stock ran out or the price was listed in error —
we will tell you and refund you in full. We will never charge you for something we
cannot send.

**Product information**

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using specifications from our
supplier. Screen colours vary between devices, so the colour you see may differ
slightly from the item. If what arrives is materially different from what was
described, that is covered by our returns policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.

**Your consumer guarantees**

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy
you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

**Acceptable use**

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its
content for commercial use without our permission.

**Liability**

To the extent permitted by law, and other than for the consumer guarantees above, our
liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
